Gpi has won the tender for the implementation of the Integrated Blood Transfusion Information System of the Friuli Venezia Giulia (FVG) Region.
The contract, worth €1.8 million and lasting 48 months, aims to support all phases of the transfusion process: from blood collection (donation), to its storage and distribution, to the transfusion at the patient’s bedside in order to ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety for patients and healthcare professionals.
A project that will be a laboratory for the future to experiment cutting-edge solutions to be exported to global markets. Today Gpi Group covers approximately 70% of the Italian market for blood transfusion services, and boasts over a thousand clients spread across 57 countries, with national projects in Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Estonia, and Greece.
