Deadlines extension for the acquisition of Tesi Elettronica e Sistemi Informativi SpA

The new agreed upon date of the signing is now set to March 31, 2022.
The closing date, which was initially set to April 30, 2022, may therefore be extended by the time needed to execute the whole transaction.
