Within the Italian perimeter of the Group, the return-to-work rate after mandatory parental leave is 100%, while the retention rate 12 months after the end of this period drops to 94%. This indicator aligns with Gpi’s 2026 goal, which is significantly higher than the national average.
The journey continues: the company aims to establish an independent observatory to strengthen the monitoring of this data. The goal is to analyze the reasons for voluntary attrition after parental leave and, consequently, enhance the protection of parental rights.
