Every year Gpi undertakes to survey through interviews the satisfaction level of end users at CUP centers. In 2023, the average score recorded was 7.4 out of 10, exceeding the internally set target (≥ 7). Out of approximately 36.000 potential customers, 11.000 people provided complete responses, about 31%. The goal for 2024 is to increase the number of customers involved and continue improving the quality of the services offered.
