The first quarter of 2026 confirms Gpi’s international expansion trajectory, with new contracts worth €9.3 million secured across Europe, Latin America, the United States and Africa.
The largest contribution came from Gpi France, which generated around €5.9 million across multiple product lines in both the hospital and social care sectors, confirming the Group’s strong foothold in the French market.
Gpi Central and Eastern Europe also delivered a positive quarter, securing contracts in Hungary, Austria and Germany relating to pharmaceutical logistics automation solutions (Riedl Phasys) and hospital information systems.
From North Africa to the Americas with Gpi Iberia
Gpi Iberia signed new agreements in the blood transfusion process digitalisation and laboratory diagnostics segments. The most significant project concerns the extension of Egypt’s National Blood Transfusion Service to a further 11 transfusion centres. The quarter also marked the implementation of a comprehensive genetics platform in Ceuta and Melilla (Spain) through subsidiary Labtechnology. Additional contracts for the Gpi4Med.BLOOD suite were secured in Chile, Colombia and the United States.
Overall, the results of Q1 2026 strengthen the Group’s global presence and support the objective of increasing recurring revenues in high-potential healthcare markets.
