RECRUITMENT OF QUALIFIED RESOURCES AND ENHANCEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS – TARGET 2023
At the end of 2022, various e-learning courses were implemented to enhance and update the skills of many professional roles within the company.
In December 2023, with the aim of consolidating and developing continuous training across all levels, the training offer was expanded and extended to all Group employees in Italy.
