In a context where the limited availability of specialized personnel exposes the organization to a continuous risk of skill shortages, training plays a crucial role in mitigating this now systemic problem.
Gpi’s solutions in this regard include: on one hand, strengthening the internal team dedicated to this task (Team Academy), and on the other, creating new training opportunities for employees. In 2023, each employee completed an average of 29.22 hours of professional training (excluding ASA Care), already exceeding the targets set for 2026. Given the excellent results achieved, this indicator, currently monitored only within the Italian perimeter, will be extended to the entire Gpi Group.
