CaiLL – Advanced Intelligence for Healthcare, the artificial intelligence platform developed by GPI, has received a Special Mention in the “Interoperability and AI” category at the Future Health Challenge, Assinter Italia’s award recognizing the most innovative solutions supporting the digital transformation of healthcare.
CaiLL was built to address one of the most pressing challenges facing healthcare systems: making the vast amounts of information generated every day truly usable. Much of this data is unstructured — phone calls, chats, emails to contact centers, reports — and contains valuable insights into patient needs, service issues and emerging trends. Until now, existing technologies have been unable to systematically process and transform this content into structured, actionable data.
From information to decision
The platform automatically analyzes and structures this content, giving healthcare management teams concrete, ready-to-use intelligence: where operational bottlenecks are forming, why cancellations are rising in a given clinical area, which services are driving the most pressure. And it does all of this without disrupting the daily workflows of frontline staff.
“With CaiLL, we chose to start from what already exists – turning data that was previously out of reach into concrete decision-making tools,” said Antonio Colangelo, R&D Director at GPI “This recognition from Assinter Italia confirms the value of an approach that puts AI at the service of a healthcare system that truly serves its citizens“.
