Gpi USA obtains an important attestation of the high level of security with which it operates: the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II attestation report.
Developed by the AICPA, SOC 2 is an extensive auditing procedure that ensures that a company is handling customer data securely and in a manner that protects the organization as well as the privacy of its customers. The goal of SOC 2 Type II is to provide assurance to customers and stakeholders that Gpi USA has implemented adequate controls and safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their data over a specified period.
Brad Maberto, Director of IT and Cybersecurity at Gpi USA, states: “This achievement represents our continued dedication to investing in providing secure and reliable hosting services further demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy to our clients.”
