In early October, the GPI France teams gathered at La Vague de Saint-Paul in Vence for the company’s very first seminar. Intended to become a biannual event, this gathering marks an important milestone in the history of GPI France. Over the course of the day, employees had the opportunity to take a step back and reflect on the year’s achievements, share their experiences, and collectively consider the vision that will guide the company’s development in the years to come.
Through a series of presentations, each department was able to highlight its progress, projects, and ambitions. This cross-functional perspective allowed everyone to better understand the challenges faced by the various teams and to appreciate the contribution of each business unit to the collective success. Business growth, the development of new solutions, international projects, cybersecurity, quality, support, deployment, human resources, and communications: the discussions illustrated the diversity of expertise that makes up GPI France today.
Beyond the results and projects presented, this seminar above all provided opportunities for dialogue among employees who do not necessarily work together on a daily basis. In a context of growth and constant change, these moments are essential for strengthening collaboration, sharing best practices, and building a shared vision of the future.
This inaugural event also served as an opportunity to reaffirm the values that drive GPI France: loyalty, commitment, respect, excellence, and innovation, all aimed at providing long-term support to healthcare stakeholders. The numerous discussions demonstrated the teams’ dedication and their desire to tackle the challenges of the coming years together.
Finally, because team cohesion is also built outside the conference rooms, the seminar featured several social activities: group activities, informal discussions, and a shared evening event helped strengthen bonds among colleagues and made this first seminar a true success.
This inaugural edition thus paves the way for an event destined to become a highlight of GPI France’s calendar, providing an opportunity every two years to bring teams together, celebrate collective successes, and prepare for the future as one. A big thank you to all employees for their participation, enthusiasm, and contribution to the success of this event.
