The Group among the one hundred companies selected by Intermonte

Gpi has joined the Intermonte Valore Italia Index, which brings together the one hundred companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation below one billion euros and not included in the FTSE MIB.

For the Group, listed since 2016 and on Euronext Milan Tech Leaders since 2023, the inclusion confirms the strength of its 2025 financial results, with revenues of € 546.2 million and EBITDA of € 113.5 million, as well as the governance standards built over the years. Joining the Index also brings greater visibility among the institutional investor community.

A project supporting the growth of Italian listed companies

The Index is part of PMI2Change, the project presented by Banca Generali on 1 July at Palazzo Mezzanotte, home of the Italian Stock Exchange, to support the growth of Italian small and mid-cap listed companies. The project draws on the expertise of Intermonte, which has been part of the Banca Generali Group since 2025 and brings over thirty years of experience in financial markets.

Building on the Index, Banca Generali has also launched a new ETF together with Intermonte and Investlinx, dedicated to the companies included, with the aim of generating new investment flows toward these businesses.
