Gpi Group acquires Logiprem-F
Neonatology software joins the the Critical Care portfolio
Evolucare Technologies, Gpi’s French subsidiary, has acquired 100% of Logiprem-F, a key player in prescription software for neonatal and pediatric intensive care units.
With this acquisition, Gpi Group becomes the leading software provider in Europe for the Critical Care sector, which encompasses software solutions dedicated to high-complexity care areas such as intensive care, operating rooms, and anesthesia.
Reliable software for neonatal intensive care
Logiprem is France’s leading SaaS platform for neonatal intensive care. The software is based on proprietary, continuously updated drug and protocol databases, developed through a multidisciplinary approach involving physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and developers. The solution has reduced prescription errors by a factor of 13 and is recognized in France as the market leader for reliability in complex pediatric prescribing.
The company manages a customer base of over 90 hospitals, primarily in France, with initial expansion into Spain and Germany. The transaction, structured on an Enterprise Value of 24 million euros, will strengthen Gpi Group’s offering in the Critical Care segment and support its expansion into key European markets.
