SALES EXECUTIVE
Team: Sales
Reports to: Vice President
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Summary: The Sales Executive will focus on generating sales in Hospital Laboratories and Blood Banks. Experience selling or working knowledge of Transfusion Medicine and Anatomic Pathology software systems. This role will work with a team to establish new customers in hospitals and health systems from the required pipeline and achieve booking quota. Weekly travel, along with attendance at company meetings and trade shows required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Hunter Sales Track Record: A history of success in generating new sales into Hospitals and Health Systems.
- Healthcare Software Experience: Experience selling software to hospitals or healthcare organizations is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Transfusion Medicine and Anatomic Pathology: Experience with software systems in these areas will be a plus.
- Executive Presence: Must be able to engage at an executive level with hospital and health system decision-makers.

- Hunts for new customers.

Experience & Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Five to ten years’ experience selling or working knowledge of transfusion medicine and Anatomic Pathology software systems.

SYSTEMS ANALYST
Team: Support Services
Reports to: Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Summary: Provides a high level of blood bank and anatomic pathology application and technical knowledge to customer support activities, process improvement and special projects. Ensures the investigation and resolution of customer support problems and responds to issues in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assists in the implementation and development of projects in other departments.
General Accountabilities
- Documents all support calls in the tracking system in a timely and accurate manner
- Receives and resolves routine, complex, and non-routine blood bank application and technical support calls involving system software, hardware, and/or operating system problems, installations/upgrades, maintenance, validation, and general inquiries
- Develops general and detailed documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions
- Revises existing systems to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage
- Analyzes, designs, and tests programs to support business applications
- Assists with the development, documentation, and validation of support procedures and processes, tools and utilities, and other special projects and investigations
- Contacts and works with software/hardware/instrument vendors to resolve customer problems
- Displays working support knowledge of all company products
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated strong written communication skills
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in meeting department performance standards for quality assurance
- Ability to work alternating shifts and weekends, provide remote, off-hours technical support

Experience & Education Requirements
