The acquisition, which is consistent with the Gpi Group’s strategic M&A guidelines, entails a significant expansion of the Software BSA, with increased market share in Italy and greater geographic diversification, especially abroad, where the TESI Group realises around 64% of its revenues.<\/p>\n
