We have managed to adapt to the new environment, both organisationally and in terms of supporting our customers. Healthcare systems and people have been under pressure: we have responded by offering high added value solutions suited to deal with complex situations. The technologies and support we provided helped effectively respond to the pandemic, ensuring the delivery of prevention, diagnosis and treatment services to the population.
