class=\"bx-messenger-content-item-text-wrap \"><span id=\"im-message-13902588\" class=\"bx-messenger-message\"><span class=\"bx-messenger-ajax bx-messenger-ajax-black\" data-entity=\"date\" data-messageid=\"13902588\" data-ts=\"1611594000\">Today<\/span>\u00a0the acquisition of the residual 40% of shares of its subsidiary Hemasoft Software S.L., leader of the Spanish group of the same name, has been completed with 5.7 million Euros.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"bx-messenger-content-item-params\"><span class=\"bx-messenger-content-item-like bx-messenger-content-like-digit-off\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>Gpi is now the sole owner of the Hemasoft Group, as previously agreed upon in the contract signed on September 15, 2017 and made public on that same date.<br \/>\nHemasoft Software S.L. holds in turn the 100% of shares of Hemasoft America Corporation (Miami, SA).<\/p>\n<p><a
