Much of this data is unstructured \u2014 phone calls, chats, emails to contact centers, reports \u2014 and contains valuable insights into patient needs, service issues and emerging trends. Until now, existing technologies have been unable to systematically process and transform this content into structured, actionable data.<\/p>\n<h4>From information to decision<\/h4>\n<p>The platform automatically analyzes and structures this content, giving healthcare management teams concrete, ready-to-use intelligence: where operational bottlenecks are forming, why cancellations are rising in a given clinical area, which services are driving the most pressure.
