The transaction, structured with the support of Banca Finint as Arranger, represents the EIB&#8217;s first investment in the company and confirms its strategic role in the digital health sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The financing supports the 2025-2029 Industrial Plan and will enable acceleration of the evolution of Gpi4Med Suite<\/strong>, the integrated software suite at the heart of the Group&#8217;s global growth strategy. The platform covers highly complex areas including Blood &amp; SoHo (blood donation and transfusion and other substances of human origin), Diagnostics (laboratory analysis, digital pathology, imaging) and Critical Care (anesthesia, intensive care and operating room).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gelsomina Vigliotti<\/strong>, EIB Vice-President: &#8220;<em>This financing confirms the EIB&#8217;s commitment to supporting technological innovation and the increasingly strategic role of digital health, especially in a context marked by rising healthcare costs and an ageing population<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fausto Manzana<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of Gpi, stated: &#8220;<em>This financing supports us on a critically important growth front, that of innovation in our solutions, in a market context where concrete responses to new healthcare demands are essential.
