The system will be activated at all 18 Regional Health Authorities, with subsequent extension to 87 accredited private health facilities, ensuring widespread coverage throughout the territory.<\/p>\n<h4>Cloud and artificial intelligence to reduce waiting times<\/h4>\n<p>At the core of the project, a <strong>cloud-based platform<\/strong> will handle the entire healthcare booking workflow. The distinctive element is the embedding of <strong>artificial intelligence algorithms<\/strong> that dynamically optimise schedules: the system predicts peak demand for specialist services and redistributes availability between different facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The solution includes <strong>advanced tools to ensure multi-channel access<\/strong> via web portal, mobile app and dedicated support.
