The Group will be responsible for managing the digital services and systems that enable citizens to easily access the APSS CUP (Centralized Booking System) services for the next 6 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The contract is valued at approximately \u20ac52 million, with around \u20ac41 million allocated to Gpi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the main innovations will be the integration of an AI-driven decision-making system designed to optimize waiting lists through digital simulations. This tool will enable APSS to analyze hypothetical scenarios and make targeted decisions to reduce waiting times, thereby improving the citizen experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provision of CUP services (via call center) and front-office support is also planned, crucial factors to ensure that citizens continue to receive reliable and consistent assistance in accessing healthcare services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fausto Manzana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, CEO of Gpi, points out: &#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring continuity to a fundamental service for the APSS, which we have been accompanying in its digital transformation for years, is a great source of satisfaction for us.
