To solidify this commitment, in 2023, Gpi obtained UNI PdR 125 Certification (Gender Equality) and ISO 30415 Certification (Diversity &amp; Inclusion).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the organizational level, the Group appointed a Diversity &amp; Inclusion Manager and established a D&amp;I Committee. This enables the Group to ensure the development, implementation, adoption, and monitoring of strategies and practices aimed at promoting an inclusive work culture globally.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gpi is increasingly committed to promoting equal opportunities within the organization by implementing initiatives to ensure that all employees have equal opportunities for professional growth and development.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2019, Gpi has been conducting a Gender Pay Gap analysis across the entire corporation. For 2023, these are the data recorded:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Executives:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Women earn, on average, a higher salary (about 125% compared to men);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Middle Management:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Wages vary by contract type; with the multiservice contract, women earn 117% compared to men, while with the metalworking contract, they earn less (88% compared to men);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>White-collar workers:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Women earn slightly less than men, both under the multiservice contract (99%) and the metalworking contract (92%);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Blue-collar workers:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For the multiservice contract alone, women earn a salary that is essentially equal to that of men (99%).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_158393\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-158393\" style=\"width: 423px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-158393\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gpigroup.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gender-distribution-by-category-300x186.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gpigroup.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gender-distribution-by-category-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gpigroup.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gender-distribution-by-category.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 423px) 100vw, 423px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-158393\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gender distribution by category, 2023 &#8211; Gpi Group Data<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Group continues to define a plan to increase female representation in managerial roles, with dedicated growth paths: currently, the share of women among managers is 17%, and the goal is to reach at least 20% of women among managers by 2026. The commitment remains steady, and the intention unchanged: to completely close the gender pay gap.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As for protected categories, Gpi maintains stable relationships with local partners and social cooperatives to create value and turn the inclusion of employees with specific needs into opportunities.
