In 2023, the average score recorded was 7.4 out of 10, exceeding the internally set target (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2265 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7). Out of approximately 36.000 potential customers, 11.000 people provided complete responses, about 31%.
