The capital gain generated from the sale of Argentea is approximately EUR 83 million.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The proceeds from the sale will be used to increase the Group\u2019s financial strength and its strategy of developing software solutions for the digital transformation and sustainability of healthcare systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a
