{"id":132826,"date":"2023-06-29T19:27:38","date_gmt":"2023-06-29T17:27:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gpigroup.com\/?p=132826"},"modified":"2023-06-29T19:32:41","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T17:32:41","slug":"agreement-reached-for-the-acquisition-of-the-french-group-evolucare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gpigroup.com\/en\/news\/agreement-reached-for-the-acquisition-of-the-french-group-evolucare\/","title":{"rendered":"Agreement reached for the acquisition of the french Group Evolucare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The transaction is part of the Gpi Group&#8217;s plan for growth in the <em>software for the digital transformation of healthcare<\/em> sector, and is fully in line with the guidelines of the 2022-2024 Strategic Industrial Plan, aimed at <strong>consolidating Gpi as a key player in the digital health sector at European level.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Evolucare Group<\/strong>, which has been operating for more than 35 years, is a <strong>leading player in software solutions for the digital transformation of French healthcare<\/strong> with more than 2,700 customers; in 2022, it recorded consolidated revenues of EUR 42.9 million and adjusted consolidated EBITDA of EUR 15.7 million (EBITDA margin of 37%).<br \/>\nThe agreed price for the acquisition of approximately 96.58% of the Evolucare Group is around EUR 109 million based on an Equity Value for 100% of the fully diluted share capital of EUR 116 million, corresponding to an EV\/Adj. EBITDA 2022 multiple of approximately 11.0x<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
