the blood management sector, and buys high-margin software solutions to make our offering more global and competitive.<\/p>\n<p>Two agreements have been signed in quick succession:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the purchase of 100% of the French group <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/medinfo.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Medinfo<\/a><\/strong>, owner of one of the most competitive and comprehensive software solutions for blood management;<\/li>\n<li>the purchase of software solutions, mostly oriented to the collection of blood, from the Boston-based <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.haemonetics.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Haemonetics<\/a><\/strong>, a global corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haemonetics<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpi.it\/app\/uploads\/2020\/05\/020-05-28-GPI-PR-Haemonetics-acquired-software-assets.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">press release issued<\/a><\/strong><br
