PROJECT MANAGER
Team: Implementation Services
Reports into: Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Summary: Provides technical expertise and leadership to projects and process improvements. Oversees and manages the planning, execution, and implementation of all implementation projects
General Accountabilities
- Delivers training, demos, and other education on GPI USA products.
- Analyzes and designs systems/enhancements to meet user needs.
- Ensures systems meet design standards and guidelines.
- Communicates projects/tasks designs, schedules, and status to appropriate team, systems management, and users.
- Develops specifications for systems corrections, enhancements, and development projects.
- Develops general and detailed documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions.
- Revises existing systems to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
- Analyzes designs and tests programs to support business applications.
- Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met.
- Acts as liaison with Information Technology and/or outside vendors to support relevant systems.
- Maintains a current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
- 25% overnight travel as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience & Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field•
- 5+ years of associated work experience
- Blood bank experience required
- Experience in SQL, SSIS, Peri scripts, and Crystal reports required
- Strong knowledge in industry products
- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- May be exposed to biohazardous and infectious materials, which may require personal protective equipment such as lab coats and gloves.
JUNIOR JAVA DEVELOPER
Team: Research & Development
Reports into: Director
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Summary: Responsible for several Java-related duties throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
General Accountabilities
- Delivers training, demos, and other education on GPI USA products.
- Analyzes and designs systems/enhancements to meet user needs.
- Ensures systems meet design standards and guidelines.
- Communicates projects/tasks designs, schedules, and status to appropriate team, systems management, and users.

Summary: Completes assigned projects by serving as a liaison between users and the Gpi USA team.
